Cómo pedir ternera / bistec en España...

Mi familia y yo vamos a hacer vacaciones navideñas en España y estoy seguro que querremos ir a un restaurante donde tomaremos bistec.

Creo que tengo que saber las palabras que vienen, pero no estoy seguro:

1. Rare... Poco hecho
2. Medium... No muy hecho
3. Well done... Bien hecho

Ayuda por favor...

Donde yo vivo, "poco hecho" significa con bastante sangre; "al punto/en su punto" significa un poco rojo, tal vez con un poquito de sangre; y "bien hecho" quiere decir sin nada de sangre. - Cordobesa, Dec 14, 2014

Well done = muy hecho.

Medium = a punto.

Rare = poco hecho.

(I think it is supposed to be "al punto")

These are descriptives not proper terms, because they couldn't come up with a term that worked:

rare – rojo intenso y sangrante en el centro

medium rare – rosado con y bien jugoso

medium – a punto pero todavia jugoso

well done – bien cocida
