I have found them quite interesting, but as I am a non-native English speaker, I do not know how common they are, since the English language is spoken by many people in different places. In the video these expressions are called English conversational "bits"
In modern language learning we call them "modismos" in Spanish and "idiomatic expressions" in English.-------No big deal!

Everything that you can use is always welcome and useful , i found this to be
excellent , although in every day speech in OZ we would not use some of them ,
but most of them as the presenter pointed out it depends on to whom you are
