"'Bañarme" really means "to bathe myself" or take a bath en la bañera---bath tub.
"Ducharme" means to shower myself or take a shower en la ducha, the shower

Bañarme-- to wash or to to bathe or shower oneself. ( reflexive)
Voy a bañarme--I am going for my shower.
