Asiste a muchas clases.

¡Come mucho sushi!

Asiste a muchas clases.

¡Come mucho sushi!

Él tiene veintidós años: to be ... years old : tener ... años (it´s an idiomatic expression with tener verb)

Es interesante, trabajador e inteligente: when the following word starts with "i" or "hi" we change "y" to "e".

Omar vive: third person, singular, present indicative (yo vivo, tú vives, él vive, nosotros vivimos, vosotros vivís, ellos viven)

Dice que su favorita es matemáticas: favorita in femenine because you are talking about a class (maths class) and "clase" is femenine in Spanish.

A Omar le gusta: Omar is indirect object so we need to add "a" before.

Le encanta la comida asiática: comida is femenine so we need asiática. Le encanta means "he loves" and it works like gustar verb.

Ayer vi a mi amigo Omar. Because "mi amigo Omar" is direct object and is a person we need to add the preposition "a"

Hope this helps you! You can find useful Spanish tips in my website also!

¡Buen día!

Thank you! The only thing I'm confused about is why "vi" needs to be "viA". I don't see anything about this in my book. Would leaving the sentence "Ayer vi mi amigo Omar en su casa y nosotros jugamos a videojuegos." as it is be incorrect? - SocialPanda, Dec 3, 2014
Okay, I think I understand now. Did you mean: "Ayer vi a mi amigo Omar en su casa y nosotros jugamos a videojuegos."? - SocialPanda, Dec 3, 2014
