Tuve la ocasión de volver a leer "Cien Años de Soledad" y busqué el vocablo "tatarabuelo". En el Spanishdict se define como "great-grandfather". Y luego en la misma definición se da el significado de "great-great-grandfather". Debe ser "great-great-grandfather". "Bisabuelo" es "great-grandfather".
