lets say you have a photo saved to the pc that you got from facebook or wherever. how would you load it on here?

Upload your PC picture / file to photobucket then find and click on its H T M L link until it says "copied" then paste that into your SD thread. - ian-hill, Nov 26, 2014

If you have it on facebook or anywhere else only, you can hit the right mouse button, click 'open in a new tab' and then you'll have a link of it that you can post here the normal way so that everyone can see it. 
If you don't have it on facebook or anywhere else online yet, you could upload it on facebook with a post on your profile page that you make visible only to yourself, then follow the steps above.
I haven't found a way yet to upload files directly from your pc to SpanishDict, so via the internet will have to do for now. ^^
