Well I can manage some of this, it seems clear that at least part of the post is what he heard, and understood. There are phrases that we can find here, ( I think)

So:

Cayo de patraua remar cautral ( Carro de patrulla a remoto control)

Remote control patrol car.

Valau de futbal (balón de fútbol)

A football

Valau de basket ball (balón de basketbol)

A basketball

Faseu---at this point I cant figure this one-- yet-- any clarification will help- if I figure it I will add to this post.

The set of dishes, and the race track are pretty clear.

"valau" --could that be a corruption of "pelota?"

More likely "valau" = balón

"valau de futbal" = balón de fútbol = soccer ball (Am. English) or football (Brit.)

"valau de basket ball" = balón de basquetbol = Basketball

This one beats me! I recognize only a few words here. Cayo=="key" or small island ,like "Key Largo" "remar" means "to row" "fútbol" of course is soccer. "valau" --could that be a corruption of "pelota?" "Juego de trastes" A set of utensils --usually means "set of dishes" "Pista de carros" " an automobile race track" (toy that is--little toy cars)

But "faseu" Maybe it's bad spelling. I don't know. Some of my students (native speakers yet) have spelling problems, but nothing like this.
