Unplanned / unintentional occurrences

According to my textbook, the sentence structure for unplanned occurrences should be: se + indirect object pronoun + verb in the third person + subject.

Examples (Mario forgot to place a call): Se le olvidó hacer una llamada. A Mario se le olvidó hacer una llamada. Se le olvidó hacer una llamada a Mario.

Question 1a: are the above examples all correct?

Question 1b: how would i say Mario forgot to place a call to Laura? There would be two indirect object pronouns, so i'm not sure. Is this correct: A Mario se le olvidó hacer una llamada a Laura.

Yes, all the above examples are correct.

Your sentence about Laura is right, too. Although, I think a more common way to say the same would be "A Mario se le olvidó llamar a Laura".
