When I use diccionarios in internet for e.g. coche, I get different conjugations.

E.g: Este coche, but estos coches.

Why not Este-estes or esto-estos (like esta-estas)?

The word esto is a demonstrative pronoun meaning "This" and can be used alone as a subject or object.

The word este is the masculine singular demonstrative adjective modifying a masculine singular noun.

It can be confusing because the -o, -a to -os, -as pattern you are used to is not there.
