Silly question for a Sunday.
Somewhere in a recent post here, a member said;
"Spanish is the only language that has a word for the wet ring a glass leaves on the table"
Well, I went off searching for it, with no result, I even asked several native speaking friends.
Please post the word, my curiosity is killing me !!

I think that you meant "cerco" XDD. This is a really useful word in Spanish: your mother probably say it to you thousands of times in your life XDDD.
Pon el posavasos que si no queda cerco
Not silly at all. Here we use cerco for a fence, not a wall. So a wood fence, barbed wire or a chainlink fence is a cerco/a. This is a new usage for me. Thanks.
You mean the thing we use a coaster to prevent? Hmm in English it is that little white ring that makes your mother mad, the condensation ring. ¡No lo creo que es una palabra en español para describir esta cosa! Español es un idioma maravilloso. .
