I have looked and looked. What is the best way to say, "Keeping up with the evolving labor force." I've come up with: "Siguiendo el ritmo con la evolucionando obra de mano."

Mantener corriente con los cambios en la fuerza laboral.
My best effort.
I think Quedar corriente...., would work as well.

One of the meanings of " keep up with ' is "mantener el ritmo". According to that your answer may be :
Mantener el ritmo con la evolutiva fuerza de trabajo.
