I am disappointed .. please help

I am so disappointed :( i started learning spanish one year ago but i still know nothing i cant talk it even in the simple topics i can only read it well and i have some vocabulary but i must be fluent in spanish because my career need that :( i dont know how i started i wanna someone give my private course please i live in egypt i need to speak to someone fluent in spanish i need to practice it... i am studing vocab. and vocab. But still cant talk... please help me Thanx in advanced

There is one audio-only course whereby you learn to speak conversational Spanish quite quickly and advances through three levels to give you great fluency. In the higher levels they introduce reading and writing. In Level I you concentrate on listening, repeating and answering questions. Most of conversational speech is questions and answers. The course can be obtained on cassette tapes (at least they used to have these) but I know that they have CDs and also MP3. The name of the system is called "The Pimsleur Approach." You can just google that you'll get many responses. I recommend the Level One course. They also have other much shorter courses, which I think are not as effective.

I know it's good because I am using it to learn Hebrew!

Remember how long it takes a baby to learn to talk... You need to go on some course or other, I think too, being with other people and talking helps enormously, even if it's in your own country and only part-time.

In your situation, I think you need an immersion course for a minimum of three months. Vocab will not help because the greatest hurdles to overcome are the accent and speed.
