I am wondering if I am saying this correctly: Estás relacionado con ella? Are you related to her?
I wanted to check if this is the correct way to say that you are related to someone. Like a family member; cousin, sister, aunt.

Of course "relacionado" means related to, in the sense of connection, but as related to family the word is "familiar" or "pariente".
So, you phrase should be:
¿Eres familiar de ella?
or
¿Eres pariente de ella?

I agree with Paco, but i want to add one way more to say that in spanish: the word "parentesco"
Are you family related to Paco? -> ¿Tienes algún parentesco con Paco?
This way to say that it's also very common.
