Literally: That it may go well (for you).

Figuratively: Have a good day. Or if the context of the conversation is about something, like a test, then it is very much like the literal -> Hope it goes well.

Gringo is right. We have various phrases that start with Que that are actually incomplete but spoken this way from either tradition or laziness. The idea in this case is wishing that someone be well as in English "Fare thee well" so the complete wish is "Deseo / espero que te vaya bien."

Another common usage, ie: A child´s mother tells him to stop doing something repeatedly and finally says: ¡Ya te dije que no! She can also just say: ¡Qué no! Context always allows us to understand.
