confused with reciprocal form

I'm trying to form a reciprocal sentence that asks "are you ready to meet each other". Is it correct to say"?Usted Esta Listo te encontra?"

edit:Thank you everybody for the help. I was trying to use it in the context of a receptionist asking an interviewer if they are ready to meet with the job's applicant.

I am confused about the "song" part, but it seems that you want to say: ¿Está Ud. listo para unirse con el solicitante?

Gringo makes a good point: Conocer is used after the introduction of people, for which we use presentar.

But of course, that is reflexive but not reciprocal. :) - bosquederoble, Oct 21, 2014

It is a catch-22. If you are asking both of the them at the same time then all three of you are present and thus have already met. Maybe you are lacking an introduction.

Well, what about- hey are you and that girl that you have been communicating with on the internet finally ready to meet each other. ;) - bosquederoble, Oct 21, 2014
Ah. I see your point. This presumes that I can speak for her as well. Okay. - gringojrf, Oct 21, 2014
It is an odd thought isn't it. :) - bosquederoble, Oct 21, 2014

I would say, "están listos para conocerse el uno al otro?" This is the way a spanish native speaker would say it, in this case my wife.

I'm trying to form a reciprocal sentence that asks "are you ready to meet each other". Is it correct to say"?Usted Esta Listo te encontra?"

Well, no on several levels.

In a question, the subject follows the verb, it would normally be ¿Está usted listo...?

Conocer would mean meet in the sense of get to know, rather than meet up with each other or have a meeting.

It is listo para algo.

You need to decide formal or informal: do not mix te and Usted.

So I might try:

¿Están (ustedes) listos para conocerse?

Se being the reciprocal for Ustedes. In Latin America Ustedes is used for both formal and informal.

In Spain, if you want informal, you could try: ¿Estaís listos para conceros?

Te would only come into play if you are asking something like: is she ready to meet you. It is singular so cannot really be reciprocal.

I am an intermediate level learner, so wait for other thoughts on this as well.
