How does one say, "I just had a wisdom tooth pulled?"

Later on today, my wife and I will be eating at a Mexican restaurant in which no english is spoken. I just had a wisdom tooth extracted, so I am going to limit myself to soft foods such as refried beans. Perhaps they will suspect that something is unsatisfactory when I don't order my typical fare. How does one say, "I just had a wisdom tooth pulled, so I am limiting myself to softer foods?"

My best guess: "Acabo de tener una muela del juicio extraída."

Más tarde el día de hoy, mi mujer y yo vamos a comer en un restaurante mexicano en el que no se habla Inglés. Acabo de tener una muela del juicio extraída, así que voy a limitarme a alimentos blandos, como los frijoles refritos. Quizás sospecharán que algo es insatisfactorio cuando no pido mi comida típica. ¿Cómo se dice, "Yo sólo había sacado una muela del juicio, así que me estoy limitando mi auto a alimentos más suaves?"

Mi mejor conjetura: "Acabo de tener una muela del juicio extraída."

Extraer, sacar, quitar all would work well.

Why "acaban de" instead of "acabo de"?

This is because you did not take out the tooth, but someone else did. When we use third person plural it de-personalizes the sentence. Either we don´t want to mention the person(s) or we don´t know who the people are.
