Using Cómo with an infinitive

Question

If I want to title a PowerPoint presentation slide to say "how to create a stained glass window". Can I say "Cómo Crear un Vitral". Or do I need to say "Cómo Creas un Vitral".

This is a non native opinion: you can say either or a third possibility: Cómo se crea un vitral. You don't need to capitalize every word in a Spanish title, just the first.. - Jubilado, Oct 14, 2014

"Como Crear un Vitral" is a better choice for being professional.

You could also say it in passive voice: "Como se Crea un Vitral".
