I would like to revise my previous Spanish studies from the beginning. How do I start this?,

If you mean redo the video lessons, which I note you did complete all but the last, you can just go through them again, you can do everything again, you do not get additional learning points for redoing anything, except if you improve your score in the flashcard portion, you can get the difference between the old and new score.
