I would say from your sentence that you are not a Spanish native . You must start a sentence with a capital, the sentence should read -" Hola, quiero aprender a hablar Inglés." - ray76, Oct 8, 2014

¡Hola! Quiero aprender a hablar inglés.

Lo puedes hablar muy fácil. Lo más o menos difícil, es comprender el inglés. Eso requiere más tiempo.
