SD lessons

Hola amigos. I am going to start working on my español again, but I want to know what free lessons SD offers. Should I do the video course, or Fluencia or are they the same thing?

I personally use the free lessons offered here, and I think that they do a marvelous job. The flashcards are extremely well thought out, and I have found myself creating a new set every week! But I think that it is a matter of opinion. I learn best by flashcards, but it might not be the same for you.
