removing IO but keeping agent in passive se sentence

Que a Pepa se le pierdan las llaves (es raro).

In the above sentence,

1- Can i delete "le" but i keep "A Pepa" in that sentence? If it is possible where is the position of "A Pepa" in the sentence? Sentences like:

Que se a pepa pierdan las llaves (es raro).

Or:

Que se pierdan las llaves a Pepa (es raro).

Or:

Que se pierdan las llaves por Pepa (es raro).

2- why "es raro" is in parenthesis? Is it an obligatory?

You can't omit the "le" in this sentence. The order can be changed a little bit ("Que a Pepa se le pierdan las llaves" or "Que se le pierdan las llaves a Pepa", or "Que las llaves se le pierdan a Pepa"), but always with "le". The sentence without "es raro" doesn't make sense, except if we already know what we're talking about. For example, in a conversation:

• ¿No piensas que es raro?
• ¿Raro? ¿Qué es raro?
• Que a Pepa se le pierdan las llaves.
• Sí, tienes razón.

without "le" but with "a Pepa":
