Grammar correction help for my sentence

Question

In my example sentence for a game here on SD I used this sentence to describe that 'derecho' is a borrowed word for a straight-line wind. Please help with corrections on the Spanish sentence. Thanks amigos.

Es una palabra prestada de viento muy poderoso y fuerte en la tierra (tormenta 'derecho').

El (idioma) inglés ha tomado prestado el término para un poderoso viento en línea recta.

In Spanish you need both words to mean "to borrow". "To lend" is "prestar", and "to borrow" is "tomar prestado". - Cordobesa, Oct 5, 2014

Es un préstamo para referirse a un viento violento/podersoso/fuerte

I am just a baby though .. when it comes to spanish ..so hope you get a better advice from some real expert
