Can someone elaborate for me what this is saying.. more clearly, the directions are a bit foggy to me .. also if you have some websites recommended to get me started, that would also be appreciated.. Thanks!

My translation (there may be some subtleties that I miss not knowing the history, I mean weren't all the Spanish royalty traditionally catholic- I guess they just refer to these particular rulers that way):
