Aunque: indicative or subjunctive?

AUNQUE: even if, although, even though
Aunque can be used with indicative or subjunctive. It depends on if what you want to say is a fact or it´s not a fact yet.
Aunque + Indicative: it´s used when the fact or the outcome is known, when the action of the subordinate clause is a known or established fact or the action has already happened or is happening.
Examples: Aunque me gusta tu coche, no lo voy a comprar. Even if I like your car, I´m not going to buy it. Iré aunque nieva. I´ll go even if it´s snowing.
Aunque + Subjuntive: it´s used when the fact or the outcome is not known, when the action of the subordinate clause is uncertain or indefinite or the action has not happened yet.
Examples: Quiero ser abogado. Sé que no será fácil pero aunque no lo consiga quiero intentarlo. I want to be a lawyer. I know it won´t be easy but even if I don´t get it, I want to try it. Iré aunque nieve. I´ll go even if it may snow.
So, we can say:
Aunque + indicative: it expresses a reality. Aunque + subjunctive: it expresses a possibility
Aunque me mientes, te sigo queriendo. Even if you lie to me, I´m still loving you. Aunque me mientas, te seguiré queriendo. Even if you lie to me, I will still loving you.
Lo haremos aunque él no quiere. We will do it, even if he doesn´t want it. (It is a fact that he doesn't want it) Lo haremos aunque él no quiera. We will do it, even if he may not want it.

Thank You Skyperog . Small improvement suggested in English translation: Aunque me mientas, te seguiré queriendo. Even if you might ( were to) lie to me, I will still go on ( keep) loving you.
Just like in English.
