Welcome to the Forum!
We have a policy on SpanishDict to not help people with homework unless they have posted an attempt. I'm not sure if this is homework or not, so I'll help you this time.
If you like mathematics class, you could say,
"Si, me gusta la clase de matemáticas".
"Yes, I like my math class."
If you don't like math, you could say,
"No, no me gusta la clase de matemáticas"
"No, I don't like my math class."
