When you are expressing a desire rather than declaring something, you follow with subjunctive. Quisiera can and frequently does replace the conditional “querría”.

So

Yo quisiera que me beses toda la noche.

Means I would like you to kiss me all night long.

In the past though, as Ian notes you need to use quería- the imperfect. I would normally follow with the past subjunctive to get the sense I think you are going for:

Yo quería que me besaras toda la noche.

I wanted (was wanting) you to kiss me all night long (that given night we are referring to, or at least nights in the past).

Yo quería que me beses toda la noche.

Gives me a bit of the sense of: I used to want you to kiss me all night long (but I am no longer that interested in that). Because beses is referring to a future point from now, and quería is referring to a past desire.

This is my opinion only. I could be wrong.
