(is that correct?) (I wanted you to kiss me all night long.)

() = optional
When you are expressing a desire rather than declaring something, you follow with subjunctive. Quisiera can and frequently does replace the conditional querría.
So
Means I would like you to kiss me all night long.
In the past though, as Ian notes you need to use quería- the imperfect. I would normally follow with the past subjunctive to get the sense I think you are going for:
Yo quería que me besaras toda la noche.
I wanted (was wanting) you to kiss me all night long (that given night we are referring to, or at least nights in the past).
Gives me a bit of the sense of: I used to want you to kiss me all night long (but I am no longer that interested in that). Because beses is referring to a future point from now, and quería is referring to a past desire.
This is my opinion only. I could be wrong.
