Need help with demonstrative adjective and pronouns in Spanish

Tu: Tengo tos Farmaceutico Quieres (blank) jarabe Tu: No,prefiero aquel jarabe. Tambien tengo frio Farmaceutico: Quieres estas aspirinas de marca genericao (Blank answer) de marca conocida. Tu: no,no quiero esas. Prefiereo (Blank answer) de aqui. Tengo dolor de garganta tambien Farmaceutico: quieres un antibiotico Tu: Si tengo (Blank answer) receta de mi medico

The demonstrative adjectives or pronouns that goes into the blank answers are

Este(a) Estos (as ese(a) esos(as) aquel(aquella) aquellos(as)

Please help and explain why these adjectives goes into the blank answers, I am having very bad trouble understanding

"Este" and "Estos" are used for near objects, for example, something in your hand or in a place near to you (a table in front of you).

Example:

Tu: Tengo tos

Farmaceutico ¿Quieres "este" jarabe? (in the hand of the pharmacist)

"Ese" or "esos" are used for not to near and not to far, and "aquel" or "aquellos" are for far objects, for example, in a rack in the back wall.

Quieres estas aspirinas de marca genericao (Blank answer) de marca conocida- what does this sentence mean in english I think that is why I am having such a hard time - Taalexander, Sep 28, 2014

Ok thanks very much also if you don't mind I also am a little confused with the verb doler. Say for instance if subject is Ellos does it become se duele, le duele, se duelen or le duelen. Im confused on this too - Taalexander, Sep 28, 2014

For "Ellos" is "les duelen" for example: "A ellos también les duelen los pies". "Les" instead "le", because "ellos" is plural (the "s" at the end). - lrhlpz, Sep 28, 2014
