Hi! i have an exercise from my book.

Sergio tiene que comprar 2 kilos de naranja.

Which sentence suits?

Para comprarlos tiene que ir a la fruteria or Para comprarlas tiene que ir a la fruteria

So i dont know if i have to take care about the "kilo" or about "naranja"..

thankssmile

Your book probably says "naranjas" right? - Jubilado, Sep 28, 2014
oh sorry, it was my mistake:$ but do i have to use "-los" or "-las" - emoka, Sep 28, 2014

Seeing as your two choices are los or las (both plural) it looks like you just have to decide if naranjas are masculine or feminine.

Hi guys, I'm fine thank you. Flat out like a lizard drinking (as out Australian cousins would say) :). Busy learning another language, this time it's Maori. Fun, fun, fun! - Kiwi-Girl, Sep 29, 2014

Hint in English:

I saw a flock of sheep. Did you see it? or did you see them?

In grammar the object of a preposition is different than the direct object of a verb and sometimes a "prepositional phrase" (of sheep, de naranjas) is used to modify a noun.

So, did you figure it out?
