What is the difference between"nos estamos comiendo la cena " and "estamos comiendo la cena"?

Don't know where you got this from but "comerse" is sometimes translated into English as eat up or gobble up. - Jubilado, Sep 28, 2014

I would say estamos comiéndonos la cena and the use of comerse is an intensifier so as Jubilado mentioned it would mean 'we are eating dinner all up' instead of just 'we are eating dinner'.
