Accent's in Spanish

Question

How do I know if the word is "Agudas","Llanas", and "Esdrujulas" without even seeing the accent (`i) Thank you!

That technique you'll know when you learn to divide the word and finding the force of pronunciation in it.

I recommend you to buy a Spanish work manual that helps you with every detail.

Others have answered your question, but I'm just chiming in to say don't stress yourself out over it.

I know nothing about the grammar surrounding accents (I honestly can't even tell you what those terms you mentioned mean) and I've been speaking Spanish for years without problems. If you do a lot of speaking (and listening) you'll eventually develop an ear for those things. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying don't study, but rather it's not something that will prevent you from successfully communicating.

And you reminded me that this is a topic I've been meaning to dive back into.

I assume you have a good level of English given the way your question is phrased so I am replying in English. When you hear a word spoken an accent is placed where the stress does not follow the usual rules.
