“¿Qué más te gusta hacer?” means "what else do you like to do?" "What more do you like to do?"

If you picked it out the middle of a sentence somewhere, the meaning could be a little different based on context.

Hello ihertamine,

Welcome to the SpanishDict forum smile

You asked

what does que mas te gusta hacer What does it mean

Please use correct English punctuation on this site, eg ? question/interrogation marks at the end of your sentences, as we are a language learning site and people are learning from our example!

What does the Spanish phrase, ¿qué más te gusta hacer? mean?

¿Qué más te gusta hacer? = What else do you like doing/What else do you like to do?

or What other things do you like to do? / What other things do you like doing?

You can also say ¿Qué más te gusta hacer en tu tiempo libre? = What else do you like to do in your spare (free) time?

The Spanish word más literally means more in this context, so literally it would mean: What more do you like to do? However, the word else sounds much better in the English and is more commonly used. In my view, What other things also sounds better than the word more in this context!

I hope this helps wink

Good answer. In English I would ask, "What else do you like to do?" If you say, "What more can I/you do?" it is usually taken as "I cannot do anything else." :) - Findy, Sep 24, 2014
Thanks, Findy :) A different question could also be asked: What more do you want? This can be a rhetorical question . - FELIZ77, Sep 24, 2014
