Adding punctuation

It asks to put punctuation on Tengo que irme. Would this be íTengo que irme!

If you want to exclaim that you have to go then yes, use exclamation marks. You could use questions marks if you are asking if you need to leave or a full stop if you are simply stating the fact. Same as in English...
