It means You are walking.
Because when you have a verb with an -ando or -iendo ending it translates to -ing in Eglish. Also you have to use estar seguir or conseguir to make an -ing verb in spanish. Also you have irregular verbs in the present progressive like for example: I am sleeping. It would be Estoy durmiendo.
