There are some spelling errors (please try to use correct spelling) in your post and your Spanish looks very "dictionary driven", but that's okay because with a teacher and native speakers it gives you a starting point. The word circundante which you misspelled means literally surrounding like circling or a fence around a garden.

I think your teacher would accept envolvente

You can try the Translate feature on this site but I want to give you a good online dictionary to consult also. Click on the link below:

surrounding

Maybe its just an obscure word, but I would have to leave that judgement to a native speaker. - bosquederoble, Sep 18, 2014
Bosquerobl: Excellent references! I think you should put these in the answer box for the questioner. Although it probably won't clarify the usage! - Jubilado, Sep 18, 2014
I don't know whether I can comment on whether the usage is good or not, just some hints that it might be. But it doesn't prove that it is normal, common usage. :) - bosquederoble, Sep 18, 2014

Without a doubt. :D - bosquederoble, Sep 18, 2014
For what it's worth, both the Spanishdict and the Google translator recognize "circunstante" and translate it as "surrounding." - AnnRon, Sep 18, 2014
