It really depends on what exactly you want to say. . . Spanish is very flirtatious and phrases like that one can be very misleading when not traduced properly.
If you mean you are attracted to the other person you'd say:
'Me gustas' (But to be honest you'd say that when you are propositioning to someone; it is that intense)
In a more playful tone you'd say something more like 'Me encantas' (You fascinate me) which is still hinting at a 'special' connection without being overtly leading.
Now for no romantic connotation, then you would use:
'Me agradas' - You please me
'Me caes bien' - I like your personality
But again if you have romantic inclination these are like nails on a blackboard.
