Please correct my translation from English to Spanish
When a man pissed a woman off, never mistake her silent, it is not a sign of weakness but she is discussing with the devil on a plan to eliminate him and the devil try to calm her down.

When a man pisses off (arguably better wording with off nearer to the verb) a woman, never mistake her silence (needs the noun form of silent) . (periods help to make the flow of the sentence more natural) It is not a sign of weakness but of the fact that (or something to that effect since the first part of the compound sentence implies an explanation in nearly the same wording in the second part) she is discussing a plan to eliminate him (wording suggestion) with the devil on a plan and the devil is trying (tensual error) his best (again, suggestion) to calm her down.
NB: I would phrase it as:
When a man pisses off a woman, never mistake her silence as a sign of weakness. She is busy discussing how to utterly destroy him with the devil, who is trying his best to calm her down.
