Asumo que es algo o alguien que está teniendo mucho éxito. Aunque también he escuchado algo parecido que se llama: Breaking News.
Si es algo que está teniendo éxito como por ejemplo un reportaje sería.
Literalmente: Está rompiendo en todas partes.
¡Está en todas partes!
Está dando con todo.
Está pegando duro.
Se está poniendo de moda.
Está dando de que hablar.
