Does anyone know how to say "product release"? This refers to a chemical product being approved of its release to a customer from a warehouse. On google translator, it was "versión del producto"

¡Muchas gracias!

It seems to me estrenar or lanzar or derivatives (estreno, lanzamiento) would refer to an initial release.

The ongoing term most translated at the above link for a product recurrently released seems to me to be:

la liberación del producto

yes, you are right .. estrenar won't do the job here.. liberacion is used to mean to release in various contexts.. for example .. liberacion de los globos rojos en la sangre... release of the red blood cells into the blood .. - 00b055e0, Sep 11, 2014
but I am not too sure if it fits this particular context .. hehe - 00b055e0, Sep 11, 2014
Jimmy, please capitalize, amigo. :) - rac1, Sep 11, 2014
Ok my friend - 00b055e0, Sep 11, 2014
Thanks all! This is about the action of giving approval and releasing product, and not about a product launch or delivery. Thus, liberación del producto sounds the most appropriate. The example of liberación being used in different contexts was helpful too. - orangecrystal, Sep 12, 2014

How about lanzamiento de producto? (Technically that's a product launch, is that what you mean?)

Thank you for the reply! It is more like, the product has already been in the market, and the company releases each batch of the product. The action taken by the company is what I mean by product release....Maybe Lanzamiento de producto works!? - orangecrystal, Sep 11, 2014

Estrenar de producto.

Okay I didn't read the full question. Estrenar does not work here. Maybe soltar/entregar.

Today at lunch I was reading a information sheet for ISSSTE hospital. It was talking about getting appointments for doctors appointments. Here to get a doctor's appointment, other than emergency, you have do go in on a certain date and take a number. Then return on your appointment date with your number. They call this process - Entrega de Fichas.

This seems to perfectly fit your scenario. Something that is release periodically.

Thanks for the reply. Entrega de producto would surely work! But the action itself of releasing is different from the process of delivery, so I think I will choose liberación del pruducto as the best answer. Thanks so much again! - orangecrystal, Sep 12, 2014

Ah ok in that case how about ... Poner a la venta (offer for sale) or proveer (to make available)?
