Doesn't make sense to me either ...

As Pablo said , it is fine until "hacer" .. but the remaining part "de la una" doesn't go well with the rest of the sentence ..

If you had stated the context, it would have been much easier for us to figure out the correct sentence ..

Formexample .. it could be

De los que no paran hasta hacer el todo..

Of those who don't stop until doing or completing every thing.

Or ... de los que no paran hasta hacer algo

But ... hasta hacer de una ( doesn't make sense for me) ... may be there is some thing else after una which has been omitted ... please provide us the context ..
