As RAC notes, context is crucial to deciphering this kind of thing

What I can come up with:

Either it is a name, a nonapproved name, or a mispelling

Name example:

http://here.com/mexico/barrio-san-juan/kiosk-convenience-store/super-flachito--484jx7ps-baa78dae8e6a0c890d34b8ed4b11259d

Unlikely nonapproved Word:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Flacho

Flacho is derived from the word macho . It is indicative of macho-ism in a female, especially of the lesbian variety. Therefore the F(emale) and L(esbian) replace the M in macho, and therefore proceed to produce flacho.

Seems unlikely

Much more likely is "flaquito"

a diminutive of flaco- skinny

So little skinny one- which could be anything from disparaging to a term of endearment depending on context.

See linguee for examples
