How do i say.. "life goes on" in espana?

Well you can say the following: La vida sigue or la vida continúa. Or, Sigue la vida or continúa la vida. However, to express this sentiment, or to attain a similar sentiment, there's a standard phrase in Spanish that goes: Así es la vida. It translates as: Life is like that or life is that way. Hope this helps and good luck. I am bilingual and bi literate in both languages.

I would have probably said "such is life" for that last (very literal)
