Teenagers deserve respect no?
¿Cuántos años tienes? ( How old are you?)
- Formal (strange/old/etc people): ¿Usted cuántos años tiene?
- Informal(friends, closest family, teenagers
): ¿Cuántos años tienes?
¿Como estás? (How are you?)
- Formal: ¿Usted cómo está?
- Informal: ¿Cómo estás?
Please keep in mind that Pablo is from an area that uses voseo.

I have taken the liberty of editing his answer to how I would respond if you are speaking to someone from an area that uses tú.

I am surprised that Pablo has not pointed out that by not including vos conjugations in our conjugation feature that the site is not supporting us in learning a form used by a significant number of Spanish speakers.
