Should you use "nuestro" or "nuestra" for companies?

If you are writing from the perspective of a company, should you use the feminine or masculine form of the possessive "our"? Nuestro or nuestra?

Nuestro, like all other adjectives, is matched to the noun it is modifying- not to the group having possession of the item.
