El trabajo es muy difícil para mí hoy en día, pero continuaré intentándolo.
El trabajo: when you start a Spanish sentence with a common noun you always need an article.
Continuaré intentándolo: the verb "continuar" is followed by gerund and also the verb "intentar" in Spanish always need a direct pronoun (to try something), when you don´t have it in English, we always use the masculine and singular direct pronoun (lo). You can also can say "pero lo continuaré intentando" because when we have two verbs we can put the pronoun or berfore the first one or attached to the second one.
