The translator gives a couple of other options as well but this is the form that I use when something hurts.

You can either say : Tengo un dolor de rodilla or Me duele la rodilla = My knee hurts
Please note in Spanish that when referring to parts of your body you use the respective article for that part of the body eg: la rodilla = the knee, or la cabeza = the head o el dedo = the finger not mi rodilla, mi cabeza or mi dedo.
