How to say "move on" in spanish

How would you tell someone that they need to move on like trying to finish a relationship with someone and tell them "You need to move on and forget about me." I was thinking "Necesitas seguir adelante," but I'm not completely sure.

I was thinking "You need to move on and forget about me." I was thinking "Necesitas seguir adelante,"

I agree, and to continue your thought I would add: ...... y olvidarte de mí.

"Llevar adelante" means "carry on"

Lleva adelante en la vida y conviene que me olvides lo antes posible.

Carry on with your life and it will be good that you forget me as soon as possible .

I am watching a movie with subtitles in Spanish. Ant the following words were spoken:

To moving on.

and the subtitle was

A fila anda.

The scene was a breakup of a couple.

Spot on to the question. But I cannot confirm the quality of the subtitle.
