- 003e54f5, Jul 16, 2014
No, it doesn't help his learning, but it is teaching us (for better or worse) a bit of culture, which I personally am always interested in learning, whether it be considered good or bad. - rodneyp, Jul 16, 2014
I grew up in both California and Mexico City and never once heard "narizón" directed at any country but only to any person with a big nose. "Metiche" from "meterse en los asuntos de alguien" is "nosey" - 005faa61, Sep 10, 2014
i agree with that argentino insult thing - Rey_Mysterio, Sep 12, 2014

Welcome to SpanishDict!

This is a good question! I'm quite interested in the answer.

I have never heard that used for "nosey." The word I always hear (and use) is "metiche."

NO: "entrometido" is the universal Spanish word, and each country has its own regional word for nosy as well.

Also chismoso: someone who is always trying to find out the chisme (gossip) and spread it to other people.
