Invitation to talk to me in Spanish

Question

On one of the websites I go on, I want to put a text box on my profile that says it's okay to talk to me in Spanish.

I want to say "You can talk to me in Spanish as well, because I'm trying to learn it. But speak simply if possible."

I did my best to translate it in to Spanish and this is what I got: "Puedes hablar conmigo en español también, porque yo tratando a aprenderlo. Pero hable con sencillez si posible."

Does that sound good?
