Haces preguntas muy básicas, hay que tratar de investigar un poco más, la frase Just Do It significa Solo hazlo.
También puede ser: Simplemente hazlo. Solamente hazlo.

"Just do it"... hay muchos sinónimos pero ninguno de ellos es exactamente una definición. Pienso en #YOLO y en "carpe diem" cuando oigo "just do it." La frase es usado por Nike como un eslogan en sus anuncios. Es decir, tienes una oportunidad para hacer algo, y debes hacerlo ahora o nunca.
