How would I ask two people where they are from?

Would it be:

¿De dónde son Brenda y David?

Or is there another way that is correct?

¿De dónde son Brenda y David?

As Gringo said, this is a perfect question, but only if you are asking someone else about Brenda and David.

If you ask them directly: ¿De dónde son ustedes? / De dónde vienen ustedes?

Tony, please remember to use accents and correct punctuation: ¿De dónde sois ? o ¿De dónde son Ustedes? - FELIZ77, Jun 29, 2014
The first time on this site that I've seen anything regarding 'vosotros'. - budmcq2, Jun 29, 2014

I'm not a native Spanish speaker, but I'll try....

¿Dónde estás dos de? - Where are you two from?

Or perhaps you could ask like this:

Brenda and David, where are you from? - Brenda y David, ¿de dónde eres?

Rac good try Rac but you would use the verb ser when talkng about a person's origen: ¿De dónde es Ud? (polite form) /¿De dónde eres? (familiar form) = Where are you from? or ¿De dónde son Ustedes? (Where are you from? (pluarl) - FELIZ77, Jun 29, 2014
I mean, plural :) - FELIZ77, Jun 29, 2014
